Falling in love with fashion was connected to my process of coming out of the closet as trans* nonbinary. The ability to create a new gender performance through textiles excited me. Since then, I integrate embroidery, knitting, and sewing into unique creations that express the gender variance that I feel daily.

When you make a propagate a plant, you take a cutting, root it, and then plant and create new life.
I made this work from a place of pain.
My then partner broke up with me suddenly, and in the process of recovering from this painful breakup I understood that in order to move on, I needed to re-cultivate the ability to love.
